low cpu and gpu usage

I just bought a new gpu asus 2060 super and i get 15-40% usage in all of the games i have tested. My cpu is ryzen 5 1600 and its also using only 15-40% and i have 24gb ddr4 

someone send help pls

What is the usage on each individual core? It can have the one primary core that is used for most games maxed out, and still only show 15% total CPU usage.

 

The Ryzen 5 1600 is not really a top-end gaming CPU, more of a "make do until I can afford to get a 3rd Gen Ryzen and motherboard".

What settings and what resolution you playing at?? Looking at that screenshot your gpu and cpu don’t have much usage but your fps is alright 

   @Whiro tag or quote will do the trick

at the time i was probably at the lowest but after i tested the max settings i had around 60

When you increase settings is the gpu usage increase as well?? 
Usually on lower settings and res, gpu don’t need to work so hard so usage drops down

it did like 5% but still was under 50% overall
