I never played Witcher game so i'm interested in this. 

 

Do i must play The Witcher 1 and 2 to understand story or i can play The Witcher 3 without first 2 parts

The Witcher 3 is terrific...no, you dont need to play 1 and 2 first.

Though it would help if you've read a book or two...I played w3 with zero knowledge of what a witcher even was. Still loved the game.

 

However, be forewarned...it does have a pretty steep learning curve.

You will encounter People from the first Games.  But nothing too serious. Its alot more Fun if you know Geralt and the World tho.

Witcher 2 is a really good game and still has fairly good graphics today, it was considered one of the best games when it came out and it was only overshadowed by witcher 3 because it was considered even better.  

 

It makes sense to play witcher 2 anyway, sure you could read some wikipedia or guide online about the games but it wouldn't make be the same.  Regarding witcher 1, I actually played this game when it came out when nobody heard of it. I saw it was a promising game but it had horrible interface/controls. Fairly bad graphics, I don't really consider this game playable and witcher 2 is not really connected to witcher 1, unlike witcher 3 compared to 2.
