My planned build:

 

AMD ryzen 7 3700x

Gigabyte Aorus Elite WiFi

Msi 2080 Super 8gb

Gskill trident z rgb (2 x 8gb)

Samsung 860 evo 1 tb

Seagate Barracuda 2 tb

Case (probably a Coolermaster h500p)

Power supply (maybe a 600w Aerocool 80 plus)

 

Which monitor do you recommend me? Would you change anything in the build? (I don't live in Europe or USA, many things are not available here or are more expensive).

Depends what your preference resolution and fps is

3700x and 2080 super are good for high res and high refresh rate gaming.

Get a 80+ gold psu at least. And yes, 1440p 144hz will work well
