Something is very wrong there, I'm going to assume you don't have a 32TB hard drive.

 

Open Computer > Right click the drive > Properties > Tools > Check. As its your C drive it might ask you to reboot to perform the check, just click OK.

OK, open a command prompt window as admin and issue the following command

 

chkdsk c: /i /r

This will force chkdsk to to scan each sector of the drive for problems and do an NTFS drive index check. Warning, this command will need a restart and its possible it could take many hours to finish.

Then the issue must be with the files. Unfortunately I don't think you can really do anything with corrupt files. Do you still have the originals on your phone?

 

Looking at the screenshot again it seems as though the files were last modified almost 2 weeks before they were created which is obviously, impossible.
