Recommendation For RAM?

Hello everyone!

 

I'm planning on getting the Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro Wifi ATX LGA1151 motherboard. I already have the Intel i7 8700k CPU and I plan on using the NH-D15 CPU cooler. Can anyone make me a recommendation for what type of RAM to use? I plan on using 2 x 8gb sticks in my build. I'm just confused on how frequency/timings/CAS latency works and how these impact the efficiency of memory. I want to use my PC for mostly gaming (games like Rust, Battlefield, Squad, Escape from Tarkov) while also having a PC that can help use other programs related to conducting research and pulling information from the internet. I'm looking to spend no more than $85. Thank you!

Just go for any fast 3200Mhz+ RAM from a reputable manufacturer.
