.txt Files

I use Google files and over the past few months I notice .txt files that appear in the browse>documents section I have included some of the files can someone tell me what these are?20191221_1.txt opening them with html gets me a bunch of random symbols that I can't make out.

 

My phone is a Samsung galaxy A50
