Looking it up shows "SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" is a BSOD error. What have you tried so far? What new knowledge has your research, if any, given you? Have a look at this article and tell me your findings, it's probably one of a few things in it. Good luck.

I think it is a driver issue because every time it has this issue it always is a driver related. I am going to uninstall my Nvidia drivers and reinstalling them. Thank you for replying!

I think your driver maybe outdated. If you already updated your PC drivers but the problem won't get fixed than see this solutions at Devicetricks- https://www.devicetricks.com/fix-system-thread-exception-not-handled-error/.

Michael briefly discuss the best 6 solutions for this 'Fix System Thread Exception Not Handled' problem.

Thanks for the help! I will try this tonight.

I have ran a ram memory test and when i have disabled my xmp profile the issue has stopped. But now my ram only runs at 2311mhz instead of 3200mhz.

I came across a similar issue with similar hardware (https://www.reddit.com/r/MSI_Gaming/comments/cfwofc/axmp_unstable_with_gskill_ram_and_msi_b450_gaming/) with the conclusion being that MSI BIOS were unstable with XMP as of about 5 months ago. The solution offered was to disable XMP.

Are you able to manually clock your RAM at stock to see if it will run without XMP?

(Ensure timing is correct for your specific RAM model! Timing specs for RAM model 'CMK16GX4M2B3200C16' can, for instance, be seen here: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE-LPX/p/CMK16GX4M2B3200C16#tab-tech-specs)

To be clear, I am not saying to overclock the RAM, I am just saying to run it at the settings that specific model is rated for by manually inputing those settings. This is done through the M.I.T. section of your BIOS, a (very) brief explaination of the settings can be found on page 24 of the B450 Aurus M manual (http://download.gigabyte.cn/FileList/Manual/mb_manual_b450-aorus-m_1001_e.pdf).
