Need advice

Hi LTT team and circuit of tech people, I am student from Croatia. First I want to thank you for all what u do because you helped me a lot, a I'm sure many others.

So, this is the situation. ... And it's about Amazon.

It was September this year when I started buildimg PC on paper, looking all pc parts I could buy with money I could afford, and as student it's not much. So in start of October I put this on Amazon list:

-Philips 27 4k monitor

-NZXT 510

-Razer Deathadder mouse

-Corsair TX650

-Corsair air vent 2x1

- used Razer headset

-Silicon power 500 SSD

-Barracuda 1 TB

-Corsair vengeance 16GB 3200

-RTX 2060 Super Gigabyte

And on local stores I found cheaper

-Asus prime X470

-Ryzen 2700x.

In the 16th of October was all ordered.

Those from local stores arrived in 3 days, amazon.de took 7 days for monitor and 10 days for GPU and NZXT. I was happy about that. But 7 other parts didn't arrived. Yes till this day... It's been 2 months since that package of PC parts didn't arrive. I've been in contact with them 1 week after delay and since then every week once or twice with email, and once on phone. Each week they have one guy investigating but many agent serv. They are polite and all good. But 7 weeks telling me that they will fix it in next 5 working days is a bit scary. In total PC cost around 10 000kn witch is around $1.6k. In German Amazon or amazon.de i gave 900ish € for those parts and that 7 parts that didn't arrive is round 410€.

So, as I kinda don't have that much time to wait these last few days because there is a project to do for college as final exam with that PC just as playing video games (Star Citizen, FL, have to try Rdr too, looks too good on YT.) Wanted an advice about what to do now. Last email from them was that they hope they will figure it out till 20th December, yesterday. And since I missed Black Friday, cyber Monday and some other discounts I'm thinking to buy those missing parts again in local store because I'm feeling scammed by giant... Lame feeling. Anyone knows about what should I expect from amazon.de, and would be smart buy other parts before Amazon settle it up?
