Help with Windows Sandbox

I can't get windows sandbox to work. I've enabled hyper-v and virtualization in bios, but when I start it up, it's just a blue splash screen with the sandbox logo. It never does anything else. I looked in the task manager, and it wasn't using any resources except for 3.2 megabytes of ram. Why isn't it working for me?

Does anyone have an exact working environment for Windows sandbox?

I just launched this for the first time myself on a Razer Blade Stealth 13 (Ice Lake / GTX 1650). How long does it hang? Mine took quite a while to get going, but it got there.

I let it go for at least 20 minutes but nothing whatsoever happened.
