Wan Router Advice (Details inside)

Looking to get a decently powerful router with WAN interface to the modem

Requires:

Attached devices lookup

-noticed some have issues

Bandwidth limiting per device

Port forwarding with ease / memory of such

Decent ability for streamers (upload 4k)

Wifi 6 if able cause i wish to have high speeds through the network as well for file transfers

Enough range to cover a large home but also cover 30+ devices using wifi while also able to cover 3 direct via lan.

 

Saw that some were good but looking at max $550 AUD for the device

 

These 2 kinda hit the mark but wondering if there's better in price range but also heard the AC5300 sometimes doesn't display all attached?
