Free game is Borderlands 3 or The Outer Worlds (See link I posted above).

That Gigabyte board isn't as good as the MSI one. Also it might need a bios update to work with the cpu.

You are fine with 3000 or 3200 ram to save a bit of money. You can always overclock it a bit anyway.

Not sure how good that particular SSD is so check reviews first.

The MSI card in my spec is cheaper. No point paying the Asus Tax.

That wifi adapter is slow. You want an 802.11 ac.

The motherboard and wifi card in @lee32uk 's build are better than what you chose. You could get a motherboard with integrated wifi if you need it, or with a pci-e wifi card. I wouldn't use a usb adapter.

A lot of the AC ryzen boards use the same outdated intel chip so I'd probably avoid that if possible

Ive just hear from my friends that atx's have more ports and are eaier to build on

An ATX board will have more pcie slots and the like but I wouldn't say it is easier/harder to build than a matx having built both types of system. The MSI board in my spec is ATX anyway.

You are still getting less for your money over the spec I posted. The free game with the 3600X is easily worth the extra $10.

That SSD is half the capacity of the one in mine. I would rather have double the capacity for an extra $13 if it was me.

That Asus card still isn't worth the extra over the MSI Gaming X especially if you get the rebate.

Not a fan of USB wifi but TP-Link are a decent brand so it should be ok if you don't want pcie.

I already updated the build with the 3600x, the ssd has been updated, and the graphics cardbis a placeholder for a used 1080 ti
