Cloud Sharing Files with Partner

Hi unsure what services to use, I would like to have a place were me and my fiance can put files that we both need to access. Something like SharePoint with I know about because as work we offer that service. But don't want it to cost anything, so I did a little bit of research and found that you are able to share a file on Google drive with people.

I would also like to have it syncing on our computers, instead of always in the web browser. As well as on our Samsung phones.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox. Pretty much any cloud storage. Most require that all who need write access have accounts. The three mentioned will have folder on your device which syncs all files in it.

Yeah thought so just wanted to see if anyone else has any other ideas.
