PC Not Posting, Boot Device POST LED On

Hi Everyone,

 

My 6 year old PC is not posting after having been unplugged for about 2 weeks. Currently it runs through its POST checks and gets stuck on the Boot Device LED. No video signal to monitor, cannot get into BIOS.

 

Build:

ASUS Z97-AR motherboard

GTX 970 Gigabyte

i5-4690k

EVGA 750 Watt PSU

4x4 GB DDR3 Corsair

1 Intel Boot SSD

2 WD Black HDD

 

What I've Tried Already:

Unplugged all USB devices (idk if that matters)

Only 1 stick of RAM in recommended slot

Unplugged both HDDs

Unplugged SSD

Unplugged all disks at once

 

I'm not sure what to try and it's pretty concerning it won't even post. Any help would be appreciated!

have you tried reflashing/ resetting  your bios?

or removing the bios battery? (as this should reset your bios)
