Realtek Audio

Hello there.

So I updated my windows 10 Pro to the latest update (v 1903, build 18362.535) and after that I can´t get any sound (and MIC input).

If I run sound via HDMI or display port I get sound from the monitors but I can´t get the front or rear jack to give audio. All my drivers are up-to-date and I have tried all things that have come to mind.

 

I don´t get any smarter from google or old posts so all help I can get is much appreciated.

Is that a typo?

As far as I knew 1909 18363.535 was the latest version / update.
