How to push air out of a vertical radiator with fittings on the bottom?

So, I have just put together a new water cooling loop and by how I had to put my radiators (one on the top and one on the front) the ports to my rads are on the bottom. I was wondering how I can push out all the air out of my front rad . I am using all corsair water cooling components and I have attached a picture to show you my loop. Any ideas?

Tip, tilt, and shake are the usual methods just make sure all the res ports are closed and everything is secured. It will take time and effort to bleed the air.

Also, i know that this is stupid, but is it ok to run your poump at 100% for a long time or should you run it at 80 or 90%

Looks like you have the corsair pump/res combo which I believe has a D5 pump which is one of the most reliable pumps on the market. The difference between 80% and 100% speeds won't really matter in terms of longevity.

Should be at 100 to help get the air out. 

 

Run mine at 40% as I don’t want to hear it whine. But with 3 rads you may want to keep it a tad higher. Depends on what you’re after.
