Is it okay if i increase my gpu voltage to plus +100 as my temp are just below 70 c at most and on average 67c. Secondly would it reduce its lifespan?

What card and what software are you using to control it?

If you mean +100mV, it may be fine depending on where it's capping out already. As a result of increasing the voltage it will get hotter, which does reduce the lifespan of parts.

Its a sapphire rx 590 nitro plus and i am using msi afterburner.
