Hi,

Just installed another 16gb of Corsair Ram into my machine. The original 16gb worked fine at 3066mhz, but with the other 16gb it won't boot at anything other than 2133mhz (default). I think I need to edit some BIOS settings (voltage, timings). I enabled XMP and it set to 2933mhz but still won't boot. Running the latest BIOS version.

Anyone got an idea of what to do/what settings it needs?

Thanks

Evynglai

Update: Just done some detailed analysis into what I bought, and it appears I may have messed up. I bought CMK16GX4M2B3000C15W, when the ram already in the system is CMK16GX4M2D3000C16W. I just ordered another set of the C16W and put the C15W in for return, hopefully that'll fix this issue. Should have double checked what I was ordering!
