Problem solved:

After a few tips i got it running at 3000Mhz stable, I did check what timings ETC the XMP profiles was running and did set all those by hand, Everything aside from the Mhz, wich i tried out a few different and found that at 3000 they ran perfectly fine so thats where im gonna settle for now. Thanks alot to the community for ideas and tips!

So i got myself a few new parts during Black friday.. having some problems with the instalation tho.

System  :

ASUS PRIME Z390-P

Intel Core i9 9900K 3.6 GHz 16MB

2x Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Vengeance

Asus 1070 Dual oc

Be quiet! Pure power 11 600W

When i boot everything as default it works just fine, But when i activate the XMP profile i get caches and rarely make it to Windows.

I have tried a lot of different combos, When i run 2x8GB i can get it to work at 3200Mhz (XMP profile) any 2 sticks in any slots

If i put in a 3d one i can boot but i get crashes every now and then.

With 4 sticks it crashes before Windows can load

Any tips? i got OK to send back the memorys and try new sticks but as i can get them to work indiviualy and in pairs im not sure what the problem might be? Any tips and tricks?

/ Henrik

Well i would love em to run on the 3200Mhz that they say they can run on, and i have no clue to set things manualy

run it with 2 sticks, and turn on xmp. look at the timings and jot them down or snap a pic. It'll be a good starting point to manually overclock 4 sticks.

xmp struggles with 4 module kits

Okay will google around some to find out how but thanks for the tips! will try and se if i can get it running!

XMP is largely pointless vs the time you have to spend making it work. The difference in performance is almost not noticeable by a human.

Just feels bad paying for 3200 mhz memory and just geting 2100 or whatever the base was..

Are the ram sticks in the correct slots? (2 and 4)

Also, have you tried other frequencies? 2800 - 3000Mhz? Same problem?

No i have only tryed with the XMP profile as im not that good with those things, i can run 2 sticks in any combo but when i go with all 4 sticks it just wont work,

I won't argue with you there...if it's a significant amount above the base RAM, I'd return it.
