ask yourself this first, can you wait? if you need it now, it's a great buy today. there is talk they'll announce something in the beginning of jan, so if you can wait til then, then wait.

Most are speculating we won't see it come out or announced (one of the two) till around Q2 if 2020. (April 2020)

Unless your willing to wait until at least then might as well upgrade now.
