Is it brand new? Then maybe 35gbp incl. shipping? You can check it vs. the NH-D14 here: https://www.kitguru.net/components/cooling/henry-butt/thermalright-silver-arrow-ib-e-cpu-cooler-review/5/

Your result will get lower temperatures as the test include a hotter CPU.

According to this comparison SilverArrow lost to Noctua. So why this cooler is in Tier A of list in here ?

Haha that list is broken, just like the PSU list.
