Help identifying air cooler

I'm in the market for a second hand aftermarket cooler, and I found this thing: https://i.imgur.com/08GJv5O.png. He claims it to be a a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo but it's definitely not. Can anyone here help me identify this thing? Look at the bent aluminum fins on the sides as well as how the heatpipes are positioned. It kind of looks like a AC Freezer 33 however that one doesn't have such a big empty space in the middle of the sides of the fins. The fan is definitely a Cooler Master one, however I'm not sure if the radiator is too. It does look okay though, as a 4 heatpipe cooler. It's really cheap compared to a new one and the quality is the same considering it's just the radiator I need. I already have some RGB vents I want to use.

I did ask for more photos but this is all he could give me considering he isn't going to be near his cooler for a few days. I would've liked at least knowing what I am buying first. Thoughts?

I would definitely skip that, just get brand new cooler, they are not really expensive (at least some off them). Where you from?

I could get a new one obviously, which I'll do if I don't like this one, but the price difference is really worth considering if I could at least identify what this radiator is in terms of brand/model. That's all the help I needed, really. It's just a hunk of metal, after all. Used, yeah, but these don't really have such a predetermined lifespan like a mobo or GPU so I don't mind taking advantage of a bargain where I can. I'd rather use that extra cash I'd spend on a new one to get a better case or something. This one will look as-new once I wash the radiator and throw away that fan.

Last hour I spend going through the web and trying to find that heatsink but no luck. Looking at the only pic which this guy provided its AMD mounting mechanism and orientation of the fan is from bottom to top (instead of front to rear). Not sure what cpu you have but make sure it’ll fit your needs. And of course there is nothing wrong with buying 2nd hand.
