Good SSD with DRAM Cache?

Wanting to buy a “Reasonably” priced SSD ($90 - $120 CDN) with DRAM Cache, but it’s difficult to tell what SSD’s have a DRAM cache.  If you have any suggested items, please let me know

the only 1TB model within budget with DRAM, the 2.5" model and SU800 (2.5" as well) cost $10 more.

 

512GB NVMe no heatsink (SSD itself has black PCB, I have the 1TB model)

 

512GB NVMe with heatsink (whether you like the look is another problem)

Only the rock-bottom no-name SSDs from aliexpress are DRAMless - all the known brands knows not to do that mistake.
