Lenovo Yoga 730 always at 100% CPU?

Just a few weeks ago, I reinstalled Windows 10 on my lenovo yoga, and Ive had problems ever since then. On Backbox linux, my cpu would never get above 10-15%, but now my cpu is ALWAYS at like 100% when I open up task manager when its running hot. Right after, it drops to abut 70%, but its always some bs windows process. Any recommendations to make it run better?

List which ones are eating up the CPU. Give us a screenshot of the taskmanager, sorted by CPU usage.
