Ctfmon.exe error when logging into pc

Whenever i turn on my pc and im in the login/lock screen i get an error saying

ctfmon.exe - System Error
Unknown hard error.

I click OK, the same window shows up for the second time, I press OK again and log into my computer, i never see it again after that but next time i turn on my computer it happens again. What do i do, please help
