CS GO Low Fps

Hi guys, i need help on my cpu

So first this is my set up
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
RAM: Aorus 8x2 3200hmz (xmp enabled)
MOBO: Gigabyte Aorus b450 pro
GPU: Asus ROG Strix rx 580 8gb

so my cs go settings are all set to the lowest. But im getting around 100-180 fps at 1920x1080p resolution. I was expecting around 200-250 fps. Since my last cpu was the intel i5-7600k and it goes around 150-170 fps
