Touch controllers not working

No VR Forum here and doesn't fit in any of the other forums, so I guess it should go here. And I've tried looking at Oculus support. 

I've just been hit by a wave of updates from just about everything on Oculus, including two software updates that when I click for the details it just says "test" 
After these updates, my left touch controller randomly stopped working. I was wondering if it was the battery that was messed up so I swapped out my right touch controllers battery, and then my right touch controller stopped working. 
Nothing on Oculus support actually helps, and I've tried 3 different types of battery and it still won't work. Oculus doesn't even detect them as "on". 

Would love some help.
