Seagate SSHD help!

I heard that the Seagate sshd were very good so I went and purchased a 1TB 5400rpm Seagate SSHD But after a month I started to stutter and I encountered A lot of 1 second freeze up and it gets very very annoying. Can someone help me out.

Does it make any weird noises?

It sounds normal but I am getting lag and stuttering. I have seen other forum post about the momentus XT lagging and stuttering and since this is in the same category I think it is the SSHD or the SSD part of it. anyone have a fix for this?

No it did not click but I heard a low chirp that might have come from the drive but i am not sure
