You could rma the psu, and get better one (suggested)

Or just buy an adapter

Just looked at your psu. It has 6 sata cables, so you probably lost some.

AND btw your psu is even not 80+. I would not use that, im not sure when it will blow. So i suggest you to get atleast 80+bronze certified. Like corsair cxm 650w or 550w

How would they RMA a 2nd hand 10 year old Sunbeam power supply that originally shipped with a 1 year non-transferable warranty just because they or the previous owner lost the cables that goes with it?

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Right into a garbage bin of course. Seriously people, don't buy used PSUs.

i have a 50 dollar budget

What's your location ?

What's your GPU ?

For 50$ in US you can get Corsair CX450 or EVGA GD 500W, both will be good for smth like RX570-590, GTX1660\Super\Ti, RTX2060, for anything more i'd go for better PSU, like at least Corsair TXm\RM, Seasonic Focus\Prime GX\PX (not FM\FX), Phanteks AMP, EVGA G2 (not G3\G5) even better if Corsair RMx\RMi, Bitfenix Whisper \ Formula Gold, Enermax Revolution DF, Deepcool DQ-M (only this model) for comparable price, these are usually around 80-100$ for 550\650W, you don't need more wattage.
