Unusually High CPU Usage from Windows Explorer

Hi Everyone,

 

Over the past few weeks I have been noticing after about 2-3 hours of my PC being powered on that for some reason my Windows Explorer will do the following:

I cannot seem to find out what it is, I have rebooted each program on my computer one by one and I'm no closer to finding out what the issue is.

 

Forgot to mention my specs are the following:

 

i7 8700k @ 4.6Ghz

GTX 1080ti

16GB of DDR4 Ram @ 2133mhz

 

Any help would be amazing.
