For a good budget board, the ASRock B450M/ac, it includes an Intel wireless chip that provides both WiFi and Bluetooth. It doesn't include WiFi 6 or Bluetooth 5.0, but you will not find those on a B450 board.

 

NOTE: Make sure you get the /ac version. They also sell a standard B450M that does not include WiFI, it may come up on your searches, make sure you buy the right thing.
