That’s a prebuilt issue not nvidia.

Thus the cpu cant handle it.

Gotta turn a lot of stuff off.

I was right...

50% CPU usage on idle,

Can you please take another screenshot but sorted by CPU usage without entering the game?

it stabilizes around 43%

That's no good...

Battle.net is using 30% of the CPU!,that's insane!,

Also Firefox,Sog and your anti-virus use a bit of the CPU and should be closed before gaming,

The usage in the desktop on idle must be maximum 10%.

It seems more like bloatware rather then weak CPU,

I have an ancient ivy bridge core i5 CPU and it sits at maximum 1% idle.

Yea that’s what I said.

If it wasn’t weak it wouldn’t matter then. Could still game with all the other crap running.

Well,That's one way to solve the problem,

But it isn't compatible with your motherboard...

You would need to be in safe mode to disable and uninstall that stuff. Good time to get rid of everything you don’t use.

As well as not having anything run after booting. Aside from programs you actually need right away or game launchers so they stay up to date.

A clean os install could be quicker I think but idk if they gave you a copy of the serial for windows and if you have another drive in which your games are on.

You should probably reinstall battle.net, it shouldn't be hogging CPU this much.

Unless you took the screenshot while it was installing/updating a game, then it's normal.
