Question CPU Silicon lottery program

I have heard of a program that lets you see if you won the silicon lottery or not, basically it tells you if your 3900x CPU is better than, lets say, 60% of all 3900x cpu's. What is the name of that program?

Don't need a program. Just check out what your stable overclock speed is and compare it to others using google. You could use something like Cinebench if you actually wanna benchmark it against other CPUs.

I know a program exists for seeing percentile silicon lottery quality, and  I know cinebench exists.
