Corsair RAM compatibility

Hey guys!

 

I have the chance to buy cheap Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (2x16gb) DDR4 3200MHz 16-18-18-36.

 

i already have the 16GB (2x8GB, with identical timings and also 3200MHZ) versions of this RAM installed in my PC. 
 

would I experience any downsides or be incompatible? Or will it run perfectly? 
 

using Ryzen 3700x.

Do you really need that much ram?

Was looking at another 2x8GB, but these were almost the same price (extra $20) so thought it might be a good purchase. Maybe not?
