Go to solution Solved by F Ahmed,

@Statik You can watch 4K movies on a 2060.

Get a 1440p as it will be a balance for watching movies and gaming

Hi,

I bought Helios 300 I7,16GB ram,rtx 2060,1TB ssd and looking for a new monitor.Living in UK.

I would like IPS panel since will be watching movies as well on it from distance with my wife (or VA panel is ok?) and 4K would be nice because same reasons but if watching  movies on 32" 2K is good than 1440p (2K) it is since do not can my GPU handle 4K on 32" without problems.

I play mostly FPS so g sync is preferred or at least free sync 2, not curved.

Thank you for your help

I can guarantee you that a 2060 cannot drive games at 4k. You'd be hard pressed at 1440p I'd think. For good performance I'd recommend a 1080p.

Edit: Also size of a monitor does not effect performance. A 24" 1080p monitor will have the same performance as a 45" 1080p.
