Aura Sync Problem

So I'm having a problem.. when i install aura sync and rog live service all my leds work. But when I restart or shut down my computer and then turn back on aura sync forgets all but 1 led on my led add strip... So i lose 7 fans full of leds and AIO pump. Then i have to uninstall all lighting services and reinstall the program for it to "sometimes" work. Its frustrating
