Ok,so I'm not sure I'm in the right place for this but it's related to the motherboard and RAM so here goes.

I will soon have an extra i3-8350k that is not being used, and I am planning on shifting this to a new build for my daughter.  She doesn't really care much about games, so it will be run at stock settings with a more basic RGB cooler. I mainly want a light show in her computer case. Performance is absolutely secondary. I know this cannot be overclocked on this board, but I don't really care.

I will be using a CoolerMaster Q300L, and am planning on using these RGB fans:

upHere Wireless RGB LED 120mm Case Fan,Quiet Edition High Airflow Adjustable Color LED Case Fan for PC Cases, CPU Coolers,Radiators System,5-Pack / C8123-5 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DHM6SW9/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_fwf7DbMHRBJSE

Now, these will be using their own RGB controller, so I'm not too worried about them. They seem to connect via molex, and separate ports to the RGB controller with is controlled by remote.

The next question, related to the Memory/Motherboard:

https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/B365M Pro4/index.asp

This has 2 RGB headers that can be used for RGB. Iirc, most CPU coolers that have RGB are hooked up to a USB header and controlled by their own software, correct? And RGB RAM is controlled by the DIMM without any additional RGB headers, correct?

So this leaves the motherboard headers with space for two RGB strips to be used in the case?

Thanks, I'm kinda a noon to RGB.
