Adobe Premiere Installation Time

Adobe Premiere has been having problems installing onto my computer. I have the Creative Cloud App and set Premiere to install, but it always freezes up on a random percentage or sits on the "waiting" text. I've tried about 4 times and don't know what the problem is. Other programs have been installing just fine.
