Bad GPU?

Maybe the heatsink is a bit dusty.

These GPU Boost cards have a temperature limit, and to stay at that target, sometimes the GPU will have to downclock itself.

Look at your graphics card. Maybe it's dusty, or something went wrong during an OC. 

Download EVGA Precision, fire up a benchmark and check out the temperatures and the clocks.

Which benchmark, Heaven or Valley? And what was the Score? BTW for Heaven 45.7 fps seems normal for the GTX 770.

For valley I got 45.7, I can run a heaven real quick.. brb

I got 47.2 in the "Extreme" preset, not custom,

So the issue isn't the card.

I would definitely try and overclock my cpu. For some reason BF games gain quite a bit of performance from CPU overclocks.

 

Hopefully your CMOS reset lets you get into the BIOS.

Depends upon the cpu as bf games are not that heavily hyperthreaded...
