Is there a 120hz display mod for the Lenovo Ideapad L340

I want to get an L340, but it only has a mere 60hz display. How can I find a 120hz display that works with this laptop, allowing me to adjust the brightness, or is there even one?

Just thinking generally, assuming it’s possible it would take a lot of surgery.  And a fair amount of money.  By the time you were done it would probably be cheaper to get a better laptop that already had one.  That isn’t the reason people do such things of course.  Do you want a cheap laptop that will do 120hz or do you very specifically want it to be one of those and have feelings about it?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

I want the thinner from factor rather than the Asus Tuf that has the same specs but a 120hz display instead.
