Computer acting wonky after 2700X installation

Hi friends, need some help figuring out what's going on.

 

Build:

-CPU: 2700X (from 1300X)

-GPU: ASUS 1070 STRIX

-Mobo: ASRocks B350M Pro4 (P4.7)

-RAM: 16GB HyperX Fury 2400MHz RAM

 

 

So today I went through and updated my mobo's BIOS up from 3.0 to 3.4 to 4.7, giving it a few boots in between. After swapping to the 2700X, I booted and it went up just fine. I was getting ready to stress test it but was attempting to watch the new LTT video while I had some foods and noticed a couple of weird things...

 

1) video kept stuttering and eventually just got the loading circle, even though CPU load was at 14% and GPU was resting fine & my network connection is a-okay on 1gig fiber

2) The sound from my speakers was acting up BAD. Then just stopped. No sound whatsoever. I unplugged them from my monitor & refreshed the video and got some sound, then the video went back to the loading circle.

3) I restarted the computer and the case lights & CPU fan are all on, fans spinning etc, but no output to monitors.

 

Initially, my keyboard wouldn't even light up, but after unplugging and replugging it, it turned to its default colors as it does when going through boot sequence. I've tried typing my PW in but the keyboard doesn't change colors, so it's not loading up into Windows it seems. I'm not sure where to start on this one.

after waiting about 8 minutes, I turned the computer back on and it's working perfectly... loaded up my chrome tabs too and the video just started auto playing just fine. Not sure what to think now lol

Try clearing the bios and resetting it up from scratch.

 

Also whats the temps of the 2700x?

Been watching them while watching the vid, jumping around 35-41 C

I would put it down to a bios glitch, just keep an eye on it and any bios updates just install them.
