Galaxy S8 Screen

Obviously one of the new things in the phone world is high refresh rate screens. I only have a Galaxy S8 and cannot afford to upgrade. Is there a way to overclock my phone display like a laptop or something. (I'm willing to have worse battery).

No, unless you find a custom ROM that does this (or maybe of you root the device, but I wouldn't count on it)

No but it's really pointless unless it's for gaming.

It's also questionable whether the GPU/CPU on the S8 would even be fast enough to do more than 60 Hz while gaming.

It's the same snap dragon 835 in the razer phone 1 so ya it'd be fine
