Windows 8 - Raid Controller

I run Windows 8 and I can't get my raid controller to work. I have tried the PROMISE website but their drivers seem to have to be extracted to a floppy disk. It is the PROMISE FastTrak S150 SX4-M with 128MB cache RAM.
