Old SSD new build

I have a new build with fresh install of windows, my question is can i install my old m.2 ssd that has a different copy of windows on it? can i use all my old files on my new machine? it has all the same drivers and windows versions

Yes you can, and it may even boot, provided you point the BIOS to it.

As to the files, if you mean programs, highly unlikely.

If just data, then sure.

SWEET! I just had some Notepad files i wanted to move over then reformat it!!!!! THANKS RADIUM! I just wanted to get a second thought on it
