Pretty good pc gettinglow fps?

So I have been getting lower fps on games. Like on CSGO im getting 150 fps on low settings same with league of Legends. My current build is a Ryzen 2600x x470 gigabye ultra gaming mother board 16gb 3000mhz  of ram and a rtx 2060. If any one could help I would appreciate it.

Yes and yes i did ddu and update all chipset bios ec firmware

What about in game settings? Assuming you have vsync off and no fps cap?

Maybe try sifting through Nvidia control panel and check if there's anything off in there

Yes i am saying the same the setting are all on low v sync is off and nothing looks wrong on the nvidia panel

Windows 10 is "plug and play" to a degree - meaning it has some really good generic drivers that can get things to "operate" as plug and play - does not mean its going to push them optimally.  If this Windows 10 install is from previous builds, hell yes you need to reinstall (coming from 1 gamer to another)

 

(Example) My RR2 in sig with lesser performance achieves 240 fixed FPS in LoL and I don't play CSGO on it but my i5 3470 + R7 260x GPU can put out 80-100 FPS on CSGO at min settings.
