Xbox game pass ultimate has been this low before, but not with Spotify premium as well with it as far as I remember. With ultimate you get xbox game pass pc, Xbox game pass console, and Xbox live gold. I've never used Spotify premium before but it seems to be just Spotify without ads. IMO very worth it even if you just want the PC game pass.

 

The 1 month and 3 month subscriptions are both a dollar each, so I don't get why you would want to get the one month one.

 

Unfortunately, it does not appear you can add on to or renew an old or existing subscription, so you can't stack these, but I believe that if you already have Xbox live gold it automatically upgrades that to XGP ultimate.
