im building a pc for my uncle and aunt and maybe my parents are going to use it and they want to just store their files and do some browsing and that kind of stuff

im using my old am3 asrock n68 vs3 ucc mobo and 4gb of 1333 ram 

amd phenom ii x2 b59 (i had a phenom ii x4 955be on this board which died and i got my new pc)

gt 520 

amd stock cooler

samsung dvd rw

320gb western hdd 

485 green psu

its not posting or making any beeps(i installed my beep thingy from my pc to this board)

i tried every vga socket but no display or beeps

fans spin completely fine

i tried changing ram slot and turning it on without a ram stick

i cleared cmos battery and bios reset

i tried diffrent display ports on my monitor 

i checked all psu cables they were all fine

i tried getting gpu out and putting it back in

i tried onboard geforce 7025

psu is my old psu and i tested gpu on another pc 

dvd driver is fine and hdd is too

i also plugged my mouse and keyboard to usb slots but rgbs arent turning on or anything

i also tried ps/2 adapter for my mouse and keyboard but that didnt work out

idk what to do is there anything i missed?

How about other things/wires that are connected to the motherboard, like the pcspeaker? Are they 100% in right places? If not 100% sure maybe disconnect some that aren't essential.

yes i checked psu and motherboad cables and i also checked speaker to place it in right pins there 4 pins with name "SPEAKER" on top of it i checked it twice and it was correct

No, latest BIOS for that board does not add that CPU to suppoerted list.

Swap the CPU or motherboard with compatible specs, no other solution.
