Have you updated the UEFI BIOS to the latest version? Have you tried resetting the UEFI to defaults and then turning CSM off so that you use pure UEFI?

 

Sometimes you might need to change the boot order or use a boot menu to boot off of the USB in UEFI mode. Did you use the Microsoft Media Creation Tool to create the Windows installation USB?
