Are you happy with the current performance in games? Is the frame rate good enough for you? You may not need to upgrade your GPU, but if you are not happy with the performance in games then yes, you should upgrade your GPU.

you're looking at a very good CPU and if you're any serious about getting best performance and good graphics in newer demanding games...you will likely need better GPU...sell this one to get money toward upgrade. :)
