Uplay kinda sucks

Uplay decided it would kick me out due to "inactivity" when i legit played far cry 4 yesterday.

I got a new phone so my 2 step authentication wasn't transferred over, so now i'm locked out of my account

I've tried making a case on the support site, but it legitimately just kicks me, and I can't make the case.

I have looked up and down for my recovery codes but i can't bloody find them.

 

Anyway I can get back into my account?
