Firefox and pubg frames

Ive seen online alot of people able to play pubg on a gtx 1080 at ultra well above 60 fps, I barely manage 60 fps on any setting. Ive also got a problem where my web browsers wont run more than around 90 fps, and they stutter alot from 60-90ish fps. any ideas? build is in sig
